SAPI de CV Pharmaceutical Synergy, concerned with raising the quality of its services, is responsible for the management of personal data provided by the client, as well as the use given to them and the protection thereof, who, in the exercise of this notice, may among other things, manage, share, store, transfer and make said data available to authorities or third parties.

The personal data we collect from you is necessary to verify and confirm your identity, online purchases; place your order and delivery of the product(s); carry out the payment process and the corresponding billing, if required; as well as manage and operate commercial information about products or services, also inform about changes or new products or services that are related to the one contracted or acquired by the client; To comply with obligations to our customers; evaluate the quality of the service, and carry out internal studies on consumer habits, in order to publicize promotions, information about new products and services and any other promotional and advertising about the commercial activity to create medical records, contact their relatives, economic dependents and/or beneficiaries in case of emergency, comply with the provisions established by Health laws.

What personal data do we collect and use about you?

Sinergia Farmacéutica SAPI de CV may collect for this purpose: a) name; b) address; c) landline and/or cell phone number; d) federal taxpayer registry; e) email address; f) bank accounts; g) credit or debit card details; h) signature. Procedure.

As the owner of personal data, you may exercise the ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) for the processing of your personal data and/or Revoke your Consent, sending your request directly to our Regulatory Compliance Officer through the account email: privacy@sinergiafarma.com.mx .

Said request must contain at least: (a) name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; (b) documents that prove your identity or, where applicable, legal representation; (c) the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you are requesting to exercise any of the ARCO Rights and/or Revoke your Consent, (d) any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data and (e) sign the request at the end of the writing.

Once your request has been submitted in the pre-established format, the Regulatory Compliance Officer will be notified of the response within a maximum period of 20 business days, counted from the date on which said request was received. If you require more information and/or necessary documentation, the Regulatory Compliance Officer will contact you within 5 business days, counted from the date of receipt of your request; Therefore, you will have 10 business days after said communication to meet this requirement. Otherwise your application will be considered not submitted.

Within the next 15 business days after the previous response, if your right is applicable, it will be applied.

If your request is about the exercise of the right of Access, your personal data will be made available to you through simple copies and/or electronic documents.

The exercise of ARCO Rights and/or Revoking your Consent will be free, as well as reproduction in a single copy or sending by email.

How can you revoke your consent for the use of your personal data?

You can revoke the consent that, if applicable, you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important that you keep in mind that not in all cases we will be able to respond to your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we require to continue processing your personal data.
